  • No Affiliation: Denver Death Pile is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by any third-party platform.

  • Compliance with Third-Party Terms: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any other applicable policies of the third-party platforms where your items are listed.

  • Account Liability: We are not responsible for any actions taken by any third-party platform against your account, including but not limited to shadowbanning, account suspension, or termination, arising from your inventory, pricing, or use of our listing services.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

  • Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information through our forms.

  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Website.
